About MKE Lakeside Construction

A licensed Milwaukee roofing and exterior contractor — residential and commercial, available around the clock.

- Who We Are

Roofing and Exteriors, Done Properly

At MKE Lakeside Construction, we provide dependable roofing and exterior solutions for residential and commercial properties across the Milwaukee metro. Our services cover residential shingle roofing, commercial TPO and EPDM systems, vinyl siding, aluminum gutters and roof repairs.

We take pride in quality workmanship, reliable service and attention to detail on every project. From a single storm-damaged shingle to a complete commercial flat roof, our team is committed to protecting your property and delivering results built to last.

We’re licensed and insured in Wisconsin, we install Owens Corning and Atlas materials, and we back our work with a five-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer’s coverage.

- How We Work

What You Can Expect From Us

We combine creative vision, quality materials, skilled craftsmanship, and careful planning to transform exterior spaces into beautiful, functional, lasting environments.

We do the work you can't see

Ice and water shield, underlayment, flashing detail and ventilation — the parts nobody photographs are the parts that decide whether a roof lasts. We don't cut corners there to win a price comparison.

Straightforward pricing

A free inspection, then a written itemised estimate explained in plain language. The number you're quoted is the number you pay. No pressure, no discounts that expire tonight.

We answer the phone

We're reachable 24 hours a day. If a storm opens up your roof at midnight, you're not leaving a voicemail and waiting until Monday.

We tell you what we find

If a repair makes more sense than a replacement, we'll say so. If the real problem is in the attic rather than on the roof, we'll tell you that too — even when it's not the job we were called out to quote.

Our Mission

To protect every home we touch with roofing craftsmanship that lasts — backed by honest pricing, licensed crews and real accountability from the first inspection to the final walkthrough.

Our Vision

To be the most trusted exterior contractor in the region — the name neighbors recommend to neighbors, roof after roof, storm after storm.

Serving the Milwaukee Metro

We work across Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee and Washington Counties — from the city's older neighbourhoods to the surrounding suburbs. Being local means we understand what Wisconsin weather does to a building, and we're close enough to get to you when something goes wrong.
